In 2013, under the regulations of the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act, Grenada launched its citizenship by investment program to attract foreign direct investment. In order to qualify for citizenship in Grenada you have two investment options. The first is a cash donation of 200,000 USD to the National Transformation Fund (NTF), which assists the development of Grenada’s resources with the aim of benefiting Grenadians. The second option is an investment of a minimum amount of 350,000 USD (family of up to 4) into a government approved real estate project.
